For years I put the pressure on myself that working for myself was the only pathway to creating my own schedule, pursuing my purpose, and ultimately having complete freedom. But last year I made the hard decision to stop teaching group courses, stop taking any more 1:1 consulting clients, and step into working for someone else again.
